Film extrusion cold grade range
AquaFlex B-CWS

  • AquaFlex cold water grade family makes films that are transparent, stable, durable, very strong, heat sealable, printable, UV resistant and anti-static. This high performance material has no oil and do not stick.

    Cold grade will dissolve quickly in tempered water. It is the perfect solution for products that need a fast dissolution and release such as detergent packaging, animal feed, chemical mix, mold release film etc…

  • Our resins are stored in 30kg vacuum sealed bags that are individually packed in a carton box. This ensures good protection of the resins plus an easy storage and handling.

    Also available customized film on roll or finished packaging.

Film extrusion warm grade range
AquaFlex B-WWS

  • AquaFlex warm water grade family makes films that are transparent, stable, durable, very strong, heat sealable, printable, UV resistant and anti-static. This high performance material has no oil and do not stick.

    This grade offers the right properties for non-food packaging applications such as garments, electronics, home appliances, toys… It’s long shelf-life makes it a real alternative to plastic packaging and still offer very good end of life properties.

  • Our resins are stored in 30kg vacuum sealed bags that are individually packed in a carton box. This ensures good protection of the resins plus an easy storage and handling.

    Also available customized film on roll or finished products.

Film extrusion hot grade range
AquaFlex B-HWS

  • AquaFlex hot water grade family makes films that are transparent, stable, durable, very strong, heat sealable, printable, UV resistant and anti-static. This high performance material has no oil and do not stick.

    This grade has a very high resistance to water making it suitable for specific applications such as laundry bags, food collection and other applications that requires a good resistance to water but still a full water solubility once expose to hot water.

  • Our resins are stored in 30kg vacuum sealed bags that are individually packed in a carton box. This ensures good protection of the resins plus an easy storage and handling.

    Also available customized film on roll or finished gloves.

Paper extrusion coating range
(AquaFlex EX-CWS)

  • AquaFlex extrusion coating PVA grade family makes very good paper coating with strong heat-seal and barrier properties. It does not stick, does not wrinkle and is not oily.

    A very good solution to create paper packaging that are fully suitable for paper recycling.
